A rather nice vinyl this, except for the
10" format, which doesn’t nicely fit between your other 7" or
12" records. Two tracks, Mona lisa overdrive and Warp 7 have been re-released on
In the lost souls convention’, but still, this
10" has two tracks which can’t be found anywhere else- ‘Bobby soxers’ and ‘You don’t talk’. You don’t talk is a slow and jazzy Mark Meyers song- very nice and very recognisable. Bobby soxers is a cool, cheerful and jazzy love song, as well in typical Kiss my jazz style. Nice. Apparently, they forgot to mention Piet Jorens in the credits, as his name was copy per copy, manually added later on, using a stamp. |
